A special election <\/span>for Place 2 Pflugerville City Council<\/span> vacant seat has been called for August 6<\/span>. Vote <\/strong>at Council Chambers, 100 E. Main Street, Suite 500.\u00a0 Election Day voting on August 6 is from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. <\/strong><\/p>\n
For many years the Pflugerville Council of Neighborhood Associations, which does not endorse candidates, has held free, public Candidate Forum for our local candidates.<\/p>\n
The July 11th program format was a moderated panel with time limits so all candidates had equal opportunity to answer questions. Each candidate prepared up to a 4 minute opening speech and a 4 minute closing summary.\u00a0 After introductory candidate statements, the audience was invited to submit written <\/u>questions read by a moderator. Candidate answers were limited to 2 minutes.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
