Some streets are named for Gatlinburg Tennessee locations. The last phase of home construction was completed in 1985. Gatlinburg was built on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ci.austin.tx.us\/library\/ahc\/outside\/pfluger.htm\" target=\"_blank\">Otto Pfluger&#8217;s historic farm land<\/a>, a founding Pflugerville family.
